CJ STANDARD

The Standard CJ is an entry-level landmine attachment for beginners or young athletes. Its ergonomic design places the load in the mid-line of the body making the triple extension or squatting pattern (ankles, knees and hips) more natural. Now you can get stronger and explosive by lifting light to heavy weights without creating self-inflicted joint pain. A great alternative to the Olympic lifts that were designed to win on the platform, NOT to prepare you to win outside the platform. The neutral grip swivel handles allow for natural joint alignment at the wrists, elbows, and most importantly, the shoulders–hence eliminating unnecessary joint pain! The standard CJ makes the deadlift, squat jumps, power cleans and snatches more natural hence easier for trainers to teach and for clients to learn. Who doesn’t want that? Another huge benefit of the standard CJ is the ability to lift using gravity and friction. These two forces are a MUST in most physical activities like athletics, tactical, and even when you WALK! Traditional weightlifting is gravity-based only where friction is minimal or nonexistent.
