Continental Fitness' Returns, Refunds and
Re-Delivery Policies

  • For all other items, you may return any of them unused, in its original condition and packaging for a refund by following the instructions below, under "Instructions for Returns".
  • Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
  • All refunds will be made to the credit card you used to purchase the item. There are no cash refunds.
  • All refunds will be processed on the same day we receive the returned item provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Continental Fitness reserves the right to charge up to a 15 % restocking fee on any merchandise that
    • Has damaged/non-salable packaging.
    • Is returned simply because you changed your mind.

Damaged During Shipping

  • If an item is damaged when it arrives, please contact us right away by:
    • calling the Customer Service number included with each delivery, or
    • by email
  • Our Customer Service department is open Monday to Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Outside of these hours, please leave a message with your phone number and we will contact you on the next business day.
  • We will either arrange for the product to be redelivered or for a full refund, including the shipping charges

Instructions for Returns

To return your purchase for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by:
    • emailing us or
    • calling us at the number that accompanies each delivery. If you have lost the phone number, click here. Our Customer Service Department is open Monday to Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
  • You must be assigned a Return Authorization Number
  • A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
  • Returns must be sent prepaid ,and insured for the full price, by a traceable courier to our office: 1734 Orangebrook Crt., Unit 5, Pickering, Ontario, L1W 3G8
  • Your return must include:
    • Our invoice to you with the Return Authorization Number written on it.
    • The items you purchased from us new, in unused condition and in its original packaging materials, along with the original instruction booklets and warranty cards, if applicable.
    • Within 30 days of having assigned the return authorization number.

Continental Fitness' staff will gladly start you with a Preventative Maintenance program for your fitness equipment.
