I need to replace a part on my Universal treadmill.   Can I purchase the part from you?

Yes, we are open to the public.  Continental Fitness carries several types for all product line.  If you require a specific part, contact us and we can assist you maintain your machine.

Can I visit your showroom and try the machines?

Our showroomYes, our showroom is located in Pickering, Ontario - 1734 Orangebrook Crt., Unit 5. Showroom hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Directions:
From Hwy 401, exit Brock Road in Pickering, go south. After Bayly Street, make a left turn (heading east) on Orangebrook Court.  Drive at the end of the court.  Turn left in the parking lot.  Our unit is at the end of building 1734, unit 5.

Do you provide warranty on your service and equipment?

We are an authorized warranty service group for a number of leading manufactures including Bodyguard, Life Fitness, Star Trac, Cybex, Tunturi, Monark, etc. Warranty lengths will vary for each manufacturer, please call our office and one of our friendly staff will be happy to answer any questions pertaining to the warranty of your machine or any work that we may have performed.

Can you design a fitness room for my needs?

If you are interested in setting up a fitness room and you need assistance, we’d be happy to help. We can recommend equipment to suit your needs as well as provide a floor plan that will be space efficient.

Do you carry any used equipment as well as brand new?

We do sell a wide range of used and refurbished equipment. We buy and sell home fitness equipment as well as commercial units.
